Hello–I’m Emily Dimond, a Certified Brave Living Instructor. I’m from Madison, WI, and a diehard Packer fan! I’m married to my best friend from high school and we have three children. My Bachelors Degree is in Nursing and I worked as a labor and delivery nurse before becoming a SAHM.

I found Soul Restoration, a workshop for the soul that teaches tools to help people help themselves, during a very difficult time in my life. I was in the throws of Depression and Anxiety, along with struggling with pregnancy loss and infertility, among other things. I felt that life was too hard to handle any longer. I felt worthless and badly about myself, and I didn’t know what to do with myself and those feelings.

ENTER Soul Restoration… I honestly don’t remember how I found it, but to say that I believe it was a coincidence would be a lie. I went to a retreat in Star, ID; it was probably the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I was skeptical to go at first because of the cost and because I’d never done anything like it before, but I’m so glad that I took that leap of faith because it changed my life. Soul Restoration, just as it sounds, is a lot of work. I had to dig deep and even do it twice (as a refresher) to get through the thick of the stuff that was weighing on and taking up and covering the space of my soul. But now that I’m on the other side, I am stronger as a woman, a mother, a wife, and a human being. I learned how to put up boundaries and I know what to do when things start to get rough again. I am a better person because of Soul Restoration.

My experience was so incredible and so life-changing that I feel called to teach this course (and others like it) to anybody and everybody who is willing to listen. I hope that the women who take my course will have a life changing experience, as I did. I hope that they’ll learn to dig deep within themselves, to clear out the clutter, and to only let beauty back in. I hope that they can feel better about their own lives.

I hope that you’ll join me!
